Silvie was born out of necessity. All Silvie team members share some beliefs:
- Someone between 55 and 75 today cannot compare to people of the same age from decades ago. Family, work, friends, activities... and taking care of oneself is what matters.
- We each saw the negative effects of aging on loved ones and wanted to do everything we could to help other women stay strong, active, sharp and independent. As long as possible.
So we each looked for solutions, even before we met for Silvie.
